  • All Inclusive Nutrition Counseling

    This is for you if you want to make significant changes to your nutrition. You will learn important nutrition concepts and we will work on every day nutrition habits as well as fueling around workouts to improve energy levels and performance. If you are racing, we will work on race day nutrition plans together. All levels of athletes can benefit from working on their nutrition! 3 month commitment required.

  • All Inclusive Coaching

    This is for athletes looking for a coach that is experienced or also qualified to educate and guide them on their nutrition. Sabrina coaches athletes in triathlon, running and cycling. This includes daily workouts, regular phone check ins, unlimited communication, and changes to the plan along with basic nutrition recommendations along the way.

  • Race Day Nutrition Planning

    This is for you if you want a concrete nutrition plan for race day. We will meet at least one month prior to your race to talk through a specific nutrition plan. You will have time to practice it prior to your race and then we will meet again 1-2 weeks prior to the race to iron out the plan and to answer any questions you have.

  • Single Nutrition Session

    This is for you if you have nutrition questions that you would like to get answered but don’t want to commit to longer term nutrition counseling. No continued commitment required and 30 minute or 60 minute options are offered.
